**3.**

YOU Are A Person Of Pretty Good Moral Character.

**4.**

UNLESS IT IS YOUR OWN DESIGN … … YOU WILL NOT Wear Any Product, T-shirt, Hat Or Garment (Clothing) That Displays A Commercial Logo … Nor Make Mention Of Any Commercial Product During The “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ TALENT PAGEANT!

If YOU Have Any Questions Or Comments Relating To The “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ TALENT PAGEANT, YOU Will Ask Them Of:

MS. LONDON, DIRECTOR.

It Is Acceptable If YOU Have Modeling, Agency Or Personal Management Contracts.  However, YOUR Contracts And Endorsements CANNOT Include, Mention, Authorize Nor Permit Use Of The Name, “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ IN ANY MANNER!

**THE FINAL VOTE TALLY AND THE JUDGES‘ DECISION FOR THE 2025 “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ TALENT PAGEANT WINNERS IS FINAL. 

**8.**

The Title Of “MR. OR MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ CANNOT Be TRANSFERRED.  If YOU Are The Winner Of “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ TALENT PAGEANT! …  The Crown And Sash Can ONLY BE WORN By YOU to SPECIFIC EVENTS, Approved IN ADVANCE By Ms. London Of “London, SistaGirl #1 Productions.”

If YOU Are The Winner Of “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA” TALENT PAGEANT …  YOU AGREE TO NOT BE PHOTOGRAPHED SMOKING **ANYTHING** … NOR DRINKING ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE … ***WHILE WEARING THE “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA” Crown And Sash!***

If YOU Are The Winner Of “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ TALENT PAGEANT! … And YOU LOSE Or MISPLACE YOUR Crown And Sash, YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY REPLACE IT … EXACTLY AS IT IS … AT YOUR EXPENSE!!

***FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES AND PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATION ONLY … I give Beverly E. London, Individually, And London, SistaGirl #1 Productions, a Georgia production company (the “Production Company”), its licensees, agents, successors and assigns, the right (but not the obligation), in perpetuity throughout the world, in all media, now or hereafter known to use (in any manner it deems appropriate, and without limitation) in and connection with the “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ … TALENT PAGEANT (The “Talent Pageant!”) (I/We Reserve The Right To Change The Title.)

the right to use still photographs and filmed recordings of me, recordings of my voice taken or made of me by it, film and video of me, any music sung or played by me, and my actual or fictitious name.

Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording as part of “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA“ TALENT PAGEANT (I/We Reserve The Right To Change The Title.).

 

On my behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, I hereby release Beverly E. London, Individually and “The Production Company,” its agents, licensees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising out of any nature whatsoever, caused by or arising out of any statement or actions of mine made in or in connection with my participation in the “MR. & MS. HIGH SELF-ESTEEM AMERICA” TALENT PAGEANT  (I/We Reserve The Right To Change The Title).
